Superior foam-on/rinse-off cleaner for all surfaces in meat, poultry, and food processing plants. Extremely powerful detergents, degreasers, emulsifiers, penetrants, builders, chelates, plus polymers to give superior cleaning and rinsing. Excellent for ovens and burned on soils on all surfaces except soft metals where immediate rinsing is required. Cleaning solution can be fortified with caustic soda and sodium hypochlorite for extremely resistant soils
